Remedial work read from certificates — please confirm
A Minor Works or EIC certificate arrived that looks like it clears these EICR observations, but it didn't quote the item numbers. Confirm to mark them remedied, or reject.
Portal opens the client's portal (/c?client=…): their sites, each board's current EICR, the observations register, emergency lighting and the downloadable audit pack. Send the link to the client; where they have a private code they will be asked for it, exactly as on the board pages.

When each test falls due, worked out from the records: every distribution board's current EICR and its next-inspection date, and each emergency lighting site's test schedule against the tests recorded. Click an item to pencil in or book a date and the engineer; booked dates show on the client's portal under Planned testing. When a new report is filed, or the engineers record a test, the item ticks itself off and the next one rolls forward.

Creates codes that aren't tied to a board yet. Print them (or send the CSV to a label supplier); the engineer sticks one on, scans it and assigns it on site with the engineer code.
Find a label
Choose a client and site. Emergency lighting is recorded per site: its fittings, the test schedule, each month's results and the open remedials.
✓ pass · X fail · L limited / no access · "·" not tested. Click a month cell to record or correct a fitting's result from the office; corrected cells carry a blue corner and the change is logged against the test.
Tests and certificates
One test per month (the scheduled type, or any extra test recorded). Each has a certificate — view it, print it or save it as a PDF; the client sees the same certificate on the client page. Edit changes the test's date, engineer, notes or status; Changes lists what the office has altered.
Open remedials
Engineers
Each engineer has their own code. It signs them into the site app on their phone or tablet, unlocks private clients' reports on the board pages, lets them assign labels and record remedial work, and puts their name on everything they record. Reset a code if it gets out; deactivate leavers.
The website reads the Client Tracker folder in LES's OneDrive directly. Switch a client — or just one of its sites — on below and its EICRs are filed here automatically; new reports are picked up every 15 minutes while the link is on. Nothing is changed in OneDrive. Reports from clients and sites that are switched off stay on hold until you switch them on.
Tick a client to include the whole folder, or open its sites (▸) and tick the site folders you want — a site can be switched on while the rest of the client stays off, or off while the client is on. Changes save straight away. “Register” shows whether a folder name matches a client or site already in the register; where the names differ (“Sofina Food Ltd” / “Sofina Foods”) pick the register entry from the list and the reports are filed there instead of a new one being created.
Needs attention
Files that failed, were replaced in OneDrive, or were removed. Re-queue a file to try it again on the next import.

Use the OneDrive tab for the live link. This importer is for a one-off load from a folder on this computer.
Point this at the synced LES Client Tracker folder on this PC. It reads the tree as client › site › type › year › file.pdf, creates any clients and sites it doesn't have, uploads each PDF, reads the dates, result and boards out of it, and flags anything it wasn't sure about for you to check under Certificates → Needs review. Nothing is changed in OneDrive. It can be stopped and re-run — files already imported are skipped.

Used only where a report's own next-inspection date can't be read — on the plan and when reports are imported. 36 months suits industrial sites.
LES engineer code
The old shared code. Engineers now have their own codes (Engineers tab), which work everywhere this one does and put their name on what they record. Keep this one until everyone has a personal code, then retire it with Retire shared code.
Admin users
Only these email addresses can use this admin page. Add creates the login and emails the person an invite; the link in it opens this page so they can set their own password. Resend invite sends it again (or a password reset once they have a password); Remove deletes the login too.
